Family Time at Hope

We offer family time for children and their non-resident parents/carers with the help and support of trained staff.

We facilitate a supervised and supported service depending upon a family’s requirements.  We are open during the week and weekend and also after school.  Sessions can take place at our Centre and also in the community.

Making children feel safe and secure when they visit our Centre is really important to us.  We listen to the child/ren that come here and ask for feedback to help us when making arrangements on behalf of families, parents, carers and court services. We offer pre visits to make sure children feel at ease and get to know the Centre before they visit.

Here is some feedback from a parent who has accessed our services:
“All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Our daughter has enjoyed coming to the Centre to spend time with her dad to re-build their relationship which had broken down. We were supported throughout, and I cannot recommend the Centre enough!”

We are a member of NACCC (National Association for Child Contact Centres) and have Enhanced Accreditation with them.
