We offer all children and their families accessing our Contact Centre a warm welcome to our centre in Bromyard, Herefordshire, situated halfway between Hereford and Worcester. Our primary concern is the wellbeing and comfort of children and our purpose built centre is perfect for this. With a good range of resources available, on-site parking and pre-visits to children and parents/carers everyone is made to feel settled and relaxed. We have lots of resources and toys for the children to use during their visit which means there is always something new for children to enjoy and saves parents/carers worrying about what to bring along. We work closely with parents and carers and support them as much as possible to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Hope is a member of NACCC (National Association for Child Contact Centres) and has Enhanced Accreditation with them and we offer supervised and supported contact visits as well as a handover service when needed. We are a registered charity with over 20 years experience working with families and children. Our Contact Centre staff team is not only experienced in arranging contact visits but are trained and used to working with families and children who understand the complexity of issues involved. They have a good working relationship with other professionals including Cafcass, NACCC, solicitors and social care professionals.
We are commissioned by Cafcass to deliver Child Contact Interventions for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire area and work closely with a wide range of professionals to support children and families in establishing visits. We are used to working with babies, young children and school age children and understand that this can require a lot of patience and understanding. We remain neutral at all times and will do our very best to help all those involved.
For Safeguarding or any other policy please contact our Centre Administration Manager Anna Beddows or you can download a copy of the Safeguarding policy here.
