We offer family time for children and their non-resident parents/carers with the help and support of trained staff.
We facilitate a supervised and supported service depending upon a family’s requirements. We are open during the week and weekend and also after school. Sessions can take place at our Centre and also in the community.
Making children feel safe and secure when they visit our Centre is really important to us. We listen to the child/ren that come here and ask for feedback to help us when making arrangements on behalf of families, parents, carers and court services. We offer pre visits to make sure children feel at ease and get to know the Centre before they visit.
Voice of the child: ‘I really like coming to play at the centre and I was worried that with the virus I wouldn’t be able to see my Daddy. It makes me sad when I can’t see him so it has made me happy that I can keep coming. There are lots of nice toys and crafts that we can play together and the staff make me feel happy and safe’.
We are a member of NACCC (National Association for Child Contact Centres) and have Enhanced Accreditation with them.
