An inclusive and thriving environment where children, families and other members of the community have access to services and support that promote their health and wellbeing.
To provide holistic, integrated services and support that make a difference to the lives of those in our community and give them opportunity to reach their potential.
Since 1999, the HOPE Centre has been supporting children, families, individuals and the community. Based in 2 purpose built buildings, the Charity has an extensive range of centre facilities:
- Children’s Centre
- Child Contact Centre
- Early Years Education
- Community Café
- Facilities and Venue hire
- Adult learning
- Volunteering opportunities
We’re very proud of the work that we do. We have fantastic support from our Patron, Sir Andrew McFarlane and ongoing support and governance from our experienced board of Trustees. The staff and volunteer team at the Centre are a key part of our services and the help and support of service users, stakeholders, funders and everyone involved is essential to fulfilling our vision, mission and aims.
Our values underpin all that we do and govern our internal and external behaviour and are core to the way we work and the support we offer.
Respect: We believe every individual deserves to be treated with respect and understanding and valued in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory way.
Passion: We are passionate about the work we do and believe in making a difference to the lives of the people we work with and support.
Partnership: We believe in working collaboratively with staff, families, partners and the wider community.
