We are a safe and friendly space at the heart of the community that offers support from the Centre or in the community. Using our professional skills, local knowledge and experience of delivering support to people at times when they most need it, this is available to everyone in the community.
We know it’s not always easy to ask for help if you want it. If you not sure where to start, here are some of the ways we might be able to help. We are used to listening and supporting people and we care about making a difference. We work in a positive way that acknowledges each person and their unique circumstances. We will work at a pace that suits each person we support and we will take time to understand any challenges or issues that may occur. Knowledge and understanding is a key part of what we do.
