We are a safe and friendly space at the heart of the community in Bromyard. With our local knowledge and long experience of delivering support to people at times when they most need it, we are here for everyone in the community.
We know it’s not always easy to ask for help if you want it. If you not sure where to start, we are used to listening and supporting people and we care about making a difference. We work in a positive way that acknowledges each person and their unique circumstances. We will work at a pace to suit you and have time to understand any challenges or issues that may occur. Respect, knowledge and understanding is a key part of what we do.

We are here to listen, talk and support. We can help for as long or as little as you need it and will always be friendly, non-judgmental and supportive.

alth: If you are worried about how you are feeling and would like to have a quiet and confidential chat with us, please let us know.
Finance support: Please contact us if you would like help and some free, confidential advice about housing or money, debt, evictions and rent arrears. In partnership with Citizens Advice you can get an appointment to get specialist advice really quickly and easily. Click here to read a case study of how one household got help.
Domestic abuse: If your relationship is worrying you, if you feel unsafe or are unhappy and would like a chat, please get in touch if you want to talk to someone in a safe, confidential way about a relationship or a problem in your family. We will listen and try to help you feel safe.
Food security: Are you out of work or have you recently lost your job? Are finances a worry at the moment? We know that much of what has changed recently has affected lots of people. If you would like to talk to us about your food needs and would like some help, please get in touch.
Children and families: Our unique centre offers a really wide range of things that are useful and helpful for children and families. We have a universal service for everyone that includes the provision of groups and clinics and adult and parenting classes. We also deliver parenting programmes on a 1-1 basis for those who need it and are able to access financial support and grants. We are the Children’s Centre for Bromyard and run various weekly groups and events that you may be interested in.

Our service is built upon strict safeguarding and confidentiality policies and procedures. A full range of policies and procedures are available and regular reviews and training ensure everything is up to date with the latest guidance and regulations.
Our centre has on site free parking and is easy to access with full accessibility and an on site lift. Our café is a great meeting place that provides an informal and discreet way to meet without any problems.
