We know from experience that it’s not always easy to ask for help if you want it. If you think you might like to get help but are not sure where to start, here are some of the ways we might be able to help.
Finance support: free, confidential advice about money, debt, evictions, rent arrears. In partnership with Citizens Advice you can get an appointment to get specialist advice. Click here to read a case study of how one household got the help they needed. Call 01885 488495 or text 07395 959240 and we will get started as soon as we can.
Domestic abuse: If you want to talk to someone in a safe, confidential way about a relationship or a problem in your family you can text or phone us, or you can email us. We will listen and help to help you feel safe.
Food security: If you would like to talk to us about your food needs and would like some help, please call 01885 488495 or text us on 07359 959240.
Children and families: Our unique centre offers a really wide range of things that are useful and helpful for children and families. We have a universal service for everyone that includes the provision of groups and clinics and adult and parenting classes. We also deliver parenting programmes on a 1-1 basis for those who need it and are able to access financial support and grants.
Complaints and feedback: Hope for Children & their Families hope to provide the highest quality support and service in all areas of our work. We offer an opportunity to provide feedback informally and formally throughout your involvement with our services to ensure we maintain high standards and always welcome comments so that we can ensure our service is relevant and appropriate.
If, however, you feel our service has not met your expectations and would like to make a complaint about the service you have received, you can find details on how to do this in our Complaints policy which can be found here.
