Baby Massage at HOPE

November 5, 2015 By Chris

baby massage

The HOPE Centre offers regular baby massage courses. Baby massage is known to have many benefits to babies:

  • it supports and aids development
  • helps to ease constipation and colic
  • and is a fantastic tool to increase bonding and communication.

The course is open to any baby and their significant adults such as Dad, Mum, Grandma or Granddad, and is also a fantastic way to spend a relaxing morning and to meet other families.

Parents who’ve attended have really liked the course:

The colic routine really helps.

The techniques I’ve learnt really help settle her at night.

I love these sessions as it is so relaxing and a great way to meet other mums.

Please contact reception (on 01885 488495 or info@hopefamilycentre.org) and leave your details for our next course running in the new year. The 5 week course costs £25 and all you need to bring is 2 towels – everything else is provided.

The Hope café is open to all the community and is open daily in the week and on the second Saturday of every month. We are a safe and friendly place for everyone. Our soft play area is great for children and is free.
