Help Save Soft Play and Stay ‘n’ Play Groups
The HOPE Centre runs groups on weekday mornings, Monday to Thursday, for 0-5 year olds – Soft Play on Monday, Stay ‘n’ Play on Tuesday, See Hear and Touch on Wednesday and Bumps ‘n’ Babies on Thursday.
Unfortunately, the Monday and Tuesday groups aren’t getting enough families out to keep them running past mid-February 2016. [Read more…]
Dementia Friends Information Session
Dementia Friends is an initiative run by the Alzheimer’s Society. It’s funded by the government and aims to improve people’s understanding of dementia and its effects. The Alzheimer’s Society is working with lots of volunteers and other organisations to achieve this goal.
Dementia Friends Information Sessions are run by volunteer Dementia Friends Champions, who are trained and supported by Alzheimer’s Society. [Read more…]

The HOPE Centre offers regular baby massage courses. Baby massage is known to have many benefits to babies:
- it supports and aids development
- helps to ease constipation and colic
- and is a fantastic tool to increase bonding and communication.
