Hope Community Hub has been running for just over 2 months and here’s an update on what’s been achieved so far:
Who are we helping? At the moment of those we support 31.5% are over 70, 50% are between 25 and 70 and the rest under 25.
W
hat have we done? Since June, we have delivered 512 individual pieces of support and help to the local community. We have delivered over 200 meals to those who need them. We receive referrals for support from our partners in teh community and from community residents. We continue to engage with all our stakeholders and beneficiaries on a regular basis and are supporting over 30 households with different needs.
What can we do? We are all professionally trained in supporting people and are trained to listen, support and respect confidentially at all times. We are all trained in safeguarding and act sensitively and respectfully. We can listen, we can visit (safely at the moment), we can talk and we can help.
