The HOPE Centre was delighted on Wednesday to be presented with its ISO9001 certification from Phil Garratley, consultant with ISO QSL Ltd. The process has taken several months and will involve an ongoing process of internal and external review to maintain these standards.
Anna Beddows, Admin Team leader, has led the project supported by Mandy Williams.
We hope that this recognition provides funders, staff, volunteers, beneficiaries and stakeholders and those accessing the centre complete confidence in our ability to continue to provide support and help underpinned by a recognised quality standard.
Sarah Eardley, CEO at HOPE, says “Receiving this certification today is really important to HOPE and demonstrates our commitment to achieving the best for everyone involved in the charity. Having a robust, quality management system in place is key to the successful delivery of the running of the charity and evidences our desire to remain at the forefront of services in Bromyard. We’re proud of our achievement today which comes at a time when funding cuts and sustainability plans have a significant impact upon a charity’s future.”
