The thoughts and views of those who use our Centre matter to us. To make sure our services are what you want we ask for feedback from everyone after they use the centre and twice a year for a week we also ask visitors to complete a Snapshot survey. In our most recent survey in April, 100% of you would recommend us to friends and family and of 98% respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with the service they had received. We are very grateful to everyone for taking the time to support us. We are here to support our local community including professionals and other organisations that use the facilities.
