HOPE Sensory Room Opening Offer

Have you booked your FREE session yet?

Our Sensory Room opens on January 30th, a wonderful resource that individuals and groups can book and which will be available to those who attend our Play & Learn and Baby Play & Weigh groups.
For two weeks we will be offering a FREE introductory session to give you a quick tour. A member of staff will be on hand to show you how all the wonderful resources work and how they are used to promote a child’s sensory experience and development. Bookings will be available in 45 minute slots and will allow up to six people to attend in each session.

Alongside this, everyone who books in will receive the chance to enter a lucky dip and win a prize!

We hope you’ll come and visit us to enjoy everything that the room offers. After the two week launch the room will be available to book. If you would like to join us for our launch please call us to book your place on 01885 488495.

Baby Play and Weigh

We now have a friendly drop in session that parents/carers can bring their baby to and have a tea or coffee and a chat.
The local Health Visiting team will be on hand to offer baby weigh-in, advice/guidance and support.
Suitable for 0-pre walkers.
Held at the HOPE Centre, Thursdays 10am – noon.
Donation for refreshments welcome.

Bromyard Christmas Tree Festival

We are thrilled to be taking part in this year’s Bromyard Christmas tree festival. This year our theme is ‘Honesty at Christmas’- Christmas can mean different things for us all and this year we asked people at Hope what Christmas meant for them. The answers came thick and fast, some are happy, loving words and some are sad and not easy to read, but they are honest. We hope, however you spend this Christmas our honesty at Christmas tree means something to everyone who sees it.

High Sheriff of Herefordshire visits HOPE

Everyone at The Hope Centre was really pleased to receive a visit from the High Sheriff of Herefordshire, Sarah da Rohan yesterday.  Sarah met with some of the Trustees and staff and then stayed for a delicious lunch with the Over 60s Lunch Club…. Sarah very kindly spoke a few words and it was a privilege to hear about the work a High Sheriff does and the historic importance of the role. We showed Sarah round the Centre and had a lovely chat about all the things we do here along the way … “I am overwhelmed by all the activities and help that you offer the Bromyard Community”…. as the High Sheriff said there’s quite a lot going on!
